Shipping Policy

Orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment receipt and verifications (excluding weekends and holidays). Patterns are normally shipped USPS. Currently, all shipping within the Continental United States and Canada is free. Shipping charges are only estimated for the Continental United States and Canada. Hawaii and Puerto Rico can be shipped, but require a valid address which can be verified through USPS, and customer will be billed seperately for any costs exceeding normal Continental United States shipping rates. No overnight shipments. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.

 

International Orders

Orders outside the United States must be in US dollars. Contact us for shipping charges for orders outside the Continental US and Canada. International shipments are not free.

 

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for any unused and uncut product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. All products returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
